Swim Session Tomorrow
I was going to cycle there . . . and then into tomorrow’s client’s office . . . and the into Newcastle for The Bridge Club (GREAT networking) . . . before heading home. But it’s forecast to be blowing 29mph tomorrow, and my legs are just about done in after this morning’s spin session. I know -
What a wuss. He’ll never beat Mr Musckles / ZappoMan / Granny
ANYWAY. Tomorrow’s swim is going to be all about technique and stamina. If I drive, then I can get some extra pool time (and about ten minutes extra zzzzzz time ;-)), which means I can do some:
- 100 or 150m repeats from Total Immersion - Lesson Four, like -
- 25m ziperskate right; 25m zippersswitch; 25m zipperskate left (sink, sink, sink), 25m ziperswitch
- or 50 zipperskate, 50m zipperswitch, 50m double or tripple zipperswitches
AND have time for some regular intervals - 8 x 100 looks good right now. Or perhaps, better still, 15 x 50, but all front crawl - no wussing out to my default breast stroke.
