Monday Night Swim

 . . . already mentioned in the previous post about the weekend’s party. However the highlight is that there was more work on stroke count, with the challenge to hold within 3 strokes of our best over 50m intervals, and then to take one stroke off our best for 25m. So I ended up doing 15 strokes for 25m. Not very fast, but very relaxed and smooth!
