Short Ride ‘Cos I Don’t Have GPS

A very short ride around the course I’d just run, so that I could get an accurate picture on the mileage. I wanted this because I was so pleased with the time.

But I don’t have a fancy GPS running computer (donations very welcome to the usual address), but I have checked my bike’s wheel magnet computer / odometer against a Garmin 205 Forerunner borrowed from a friend, and it’s accurate to better than 1%.

    Hehe.

No worries. I don’t have one either. Really don’t see the need for one, since I’ve done just fine without it for 20+ years.
