Cycling Progress Chart Updated
My plan is to continue the higher mileage in the summer, to get that number down to only needing 30 miles a week. That way I’ll hit my target no matter what the autumn / winter throw at me, as I could do that with only two spin classes a week.
Of course, my intention is to do as much outdoor real wind in yer face cycling as I can. But it’s good to have a ‘plan B’ (which should be different from ‘plan A’).
Last night was a tough-ish swim session, with a 400m time trial, for which I clocked up 9:37. Not very fast, and I know I can go faster than this AND feel less tired at the end. But it’s my first officially recorded time, so now I’ve got something to build on.
