Mind The Pavement!
Early morning run with Shana - now that the clocks have gone back, at least 06:30 is back in a sort of daylight. Since our last run together, she’d got kitted up at Start Fitness with some track tights & breathable tops, and today was her first time running in them.
We were just talking about how much more comfortable ‘proper’ running gear is, when she tripped over, and went skidding along on her front. Thankfully no real damage beyond a little grazing on the palms and skinned knees. Oh, and a hole in the knee of those nice new track tights.
Still, once she’d checked herself over, and we’d got going again, we laughed about how running is making her more and more like a little girl - losing the weight, and now with grazed knees to show off.
