I may have been over-doing things with the running - especially the hill repeats. I’ve got some aching in my right achilles tendon, around the heel, and along the outside edge of the sole.
I even went so far as to buy a book on running injuries today. Yeah, I know - self diagnosis instead of going to see a properly qualified doctor / physio. But at least I didn’t just look up “running injuries, heel” on wikipedia.
