My training’s reached the point where I’ve started to get those weird food cravings. This time, I WON’T be giving in to the temptation to have kippers in porridge, but it did get a little strange tonight. I didn’t have time to finish my supper before heading off to the pool, so I tucked into the remains of the now-cold pasta with veg & tomatoes when I got home. But I was still hungry, and needed a little something to fill in the corners . . .
It was then that I found the rest of the pasta - unadulterated with veg & stuff. Hmmmm.
I ended up scoffing down a bowl of pasta with peanut butter and a spoonful of date jam - all warmed up in the microwave. I’ve gotta say, it ABSOLUTELY hit the spot!
