Hebburn Triathlon Results

The results from the 2008 Hebburn Triathlon have now been published on tri247.com:

  • Fat Robbie:   1:07:17 & 85th Overall;
    • Swim - 8:10 & 121st
    • Bike & T1 - 37:42 & 89th
    • Run & T2 - 21:25 & 77th
  • Me:  1:09:12 & 100th Overall;
    • Swim - 11:10 & 184th
    • Bike & T1 - 36:41 & 69th
    • Run & T2 - 21:21 & 75th

So there we go - that swim time is what made all the difference! Assuming that it’s partly because I swam 450 instead of 400m, then my swim time should have been around 9:54. And with that time, Robbie would have come in around 45 seconds ahead of me. Looks like I was beaten fair and square. :-D
