Sunday Morning Photos

I took my camera out the other Sunday while I was taking Huge Dalmation for a walk along the promenade. I thought it would be fun to see what sort of people were out riding their bikes just half an hour after sunrise. It was no surprise to see a couple of roadies out, but there was actually a pretty full range of shapes, sizes, ages and genders. The one thing that stood out was the fact that cyclists and runners seemed to outnumber cars by a significant number.

I’ve put the photos together as a slide show on YouTube - the quality suffers a bit, so you can also see my photos of all these cyclists on Flickr:

And as you can see, I finished off with a cup of my weekend special - spiced espresso. Yep - early on Sunday morning. My favourite time of the week.

It’s so pretty where you live. Thanks for sharing the photos! =)

Thank you for visiting! Yes it is pretty - when we moved here from London & I realised that it was near the sea, I made up my mind that we were going to buy a place RIGHT NEXT to the sea. I figured there’s no point living close enough to the sea to have all the downsides (cars, bikes, in fact anything metallic corroding), without being able to look out at it every day.

Early rides and walks are always my favorites. You are right, YouTube does not do your photos justice, but on Flickr they look great.
