Run with FAT Dalmatian!
Second run of the year last night (Brad - you may have started something . . .), and this time, I took Huge Dalmatian with me.
I don’t generally run with him, ‘cos he’s a real pain - either running like a lunatic, or acting like a sack of potatoes. But last night, he was just slow the whole time.
Looking at him, it’s time to cut his rations, and up the exercise - I’m not the only one who’s put on a few pounds in the last six months. Welcome to Boot Camp, doggy!

Poor doggy
Was it as icy up there as it has been in Cheshire? I have images in my head of the dog on the floor with all for paws splayed out! I nearly took a tumble on our driveway, it was covered in thick sheet ice.
Yeah, it’s pretty icy here at the moment. The roads are mostly clear, as are the footpaths along the sea front (salt spray from the sea), but everywhere else is pretty dodgy!
My wife wants a dog. I think that, if we get one, I’d probably start running just so that i could go running with the dog.
So Karl are you planning on starting a running streak?
I’ll give the same answer to that as for the one about Henry, the Mild Mannered Janitor: “Could be!”
poor doggy dog!
Hung Kung Fooey?
Yep. And I’m about as effective as a superhero!
