Friday Evening Run - COLD

I’d already been out to walk Huge Dalmatian just after dusk, and even then there was a heavy frost faorming. Two hours later when I went of my run, it was seriously cold - I mean real freeze-your-face-off-cold. I was tempted to head straight back indoors, and clip some LEDs to my clothing, so that I could run in the road rather than on the already frosty pavements. I did the first mile along the sea front, into the wind, but then just had to head inland for a loop, just to get some shelter from it.

That brought me back to the beach again, but at least this time, I had the wind behind me. Without the additional cooling, I even managed to work up a slight sweat!
