Running At Altitude 1.
I had a spare half hour today, where I could go for a run, and be back in time to pick Daugher up from her Ski school. So that’s just what I did - running down the red piste to La Tania central, and then along the road to Le Praz. This was a total drop of around 130m, though it seemed a whole lot further on the way back up!
And as if I’d not had enoug exercise for the day, Daughter wanted to go bum-boarding when we got back to the chalet. That means more running up pistes.
Still, at least I now have an excuse for the meal I’ve just eaten.
*Burp*!

I remember that road from our walk last year - fair old trek and pretty steep esp at high altitude.
Did you manage to get chalet hosts onto the bum boards too under the guise of you need to show us how to use these things?
Only reason Karl went for a run is becasue he copped-out out of skiking 2 hrs before the lifts closed.
Ha ha the truth is revealed!
