Friday Caption Contest - Bicycle Nakedness
This week, I’ve been perusing pictures of partially-clad and naked cyclists - purely for research purposes, you understand.
There are so many of these images that would be just perfect for our Friday Caption Contest that I’ve had a tough time narrowing them down to just one. In fact, I’ve had to look through the album several times - sometimes in admiration, but more frequently in horror at the things people will do with a bike in public.
No, I’m not talking about putting clipless pedals and tri-bars onto a bike like Siegfried. But let’s just say I’ll never buy a second hand saddle again.
Anyway, after much deliberation, here’s the photo for you to caption this week:
- “Girls On Bikes Art Parade”. Note that there is no actual nakedness here.
So as usual, to enter the contest and potentially win the admiration of your peers for the day, all you have to do is leave your caption as a comment below. Extra points will be awarded for double-entendre, wit, and zeitgeist references. And keep it clean - my mother sometimes reads what’s said here!
Oh, and in case anyone thinks this is sexist in any way, I did find some “interesting” images of naked men on bikes, one of which will almost certainly be the subject of next week’s contest, thereby ensuring balance and nutrality in this blog.

(aka look ma, no hands) OK I guess it isn’t funny if I have to explain it.
I’ve come back to your photo a number of times (purely for research purposes mind you) and still have no caption. Mostly this is because every time I look at the picture all I can think of is, “man, what kind of saddle sores do you get from riding like that?”
I will continue viewing pictures until I come to a conclusive answer. The things we do in the name of science…

I’m not sure if “Check out my hose!” or “Check out my hoes!” is better. Maybe “Vice squad arrests local chapter of White Caps and Hose (Hoes) for peddling their a**es around town.”
