Friday Caption Contest - Not By Snail Mail

Royal Mail and the Communication Workers Union seem to be engaged in some sort of bizzarre commercial suicide pact at the moment. To mark what may be the hastening of the end of this great British institution, today’s caption contest features a soon-to-be extinct feature of the British landscape - the postie on his bike:

To win today’s caption contest, all you have to do is come up with a . . . uh . . . caption for this picture. Make it topical, and you’ll get extra points, as well as the admiration of your peers.

Our [virtual] prize this week is a genuine Post Office bike, manufactured by Pashley. To show our support of both Royal Mail and the CWU, we’ll be using their service to deliver it to your home address, though we of course can’t guarantee the delivery date.

Good luck!
