Track Cycling For Beginners

I’m trawling through Youtube & Vimeo to try to find a clip showing what cycling was like in the UK in the 1950s for comparison with the vid of the same era from the Netherlands, as shown by David Hembrow & Amsterdamize .

Not much luck so far . . . but I did find this:
