Gaaah! Look At My Weight!
I thought I’d been being good. But apparently not - the beer I drank during recovery week didn’t make up for the vast quantities of food I wasn’t eating. When I got on the scales this morning, my weight was back down at 11st - 70kg. This is not good, as it means I’ve lost 3lbs last week.
So this morning after my run, I had a light breakfast . . .
Two pancakes made with wheat flour, oats, eggs and full-fat milk, four thick rashers of bacon, a stack of maple syrup, a banana and some good strong black coffee
Believe me, it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it.
