Lunch Time Swim (Not As Tired As I Thought)
After yesterday’s ride, I was glad of the eight hours sleep I got last night, but still felt pretty tired this morning. Thankfully, my swim wasn’t scheduled until lunchtime, and even though I didn’t really feel like it, I headed off to the pool.
Turns out that I wasn’t as tired as I thought, and I ended up having a great swim!

That’s one of the features from sweat365.com - it’s basically a Wordpress blog, but with a whole bunch of workout-tracking features built in, including the overall stats graphic for the logbook. You can display (or not display) about a gazillion different versions of this - “This week”, “Last 7 Days”, “This week last year”, “Year to date”, etc, just by placing a widget in the blog’s sidebar on the control panel. Pretty cool, huh?
