Lunchtime - Just SO Tired
Another week, another monday lunchtime swim. The pace was good - bang on target in fact. But I’m just sooo tired. Maybe I need more sleep?

Been beating yourself up for a long time now. I too was just beat and took my rest day and 1 other day and I feel better. Maybe a short refreshing break for a day or 2 would do the trick?
