Friday Bicycle Caption Contest: Vuvuzela Edition

So this photo was on Fat Man On A Bike a while ago , but it seems kinda topical now:

Looks to me like the bastard offspring of a bike & a vuvuzela created by the South African team’s supporters for the Tour De Pays De Galle.
