Jog Around Guildford
I was away from home for a meeting last week, and took the opportunity to explore (& find out where the meeting was the next day) on foot. First run after the Ironman, and my knees felt a little sore. Maybe I’m getting old?

Nope! I think I read somewhere that all though muscularly you maybe able to run in a few days or a week that your joints and tendons may need a bit longer recovery to feel good again, 2-3 weeks. And lets face it, your body took a licking and kept on ticking!
