Darwinism in Action
Darwin is often mis-quoted. It’s not “survival of the fittest”, but “survival of the least stupid”.
No - I’m not picking on everyone’s favourite social outsiders (recumbent riders*), but people who for the safety of future generations, really are just too stupid to be allowed breed:
* Of course, I’m only kidding about not picking on recumbent riders. Though this probably stems from my envy for their effortless speed and (for the two-wheel variety), their rider’s supernatural sense of balance. Bastards.
Every time I see that video it makes me shudder with fear. That a rider like that is out there zipping around just fills me with dread. It’s a wonder recumbents are even allowed on the road.
