Have a look at this - Jed Mildon doing a triple back-flip on a BMX:
He claims this is the first time this has ever been achieved, but I do it every day on part of my commute to work, without falling off when the bike stops either. It’s just that no-one has ever bothered to film it, and I don’t like to brag . . .
OK - so that’s probably not true, and this is a seriously impressive stunt, right down to the totally smooth landing!
Wow. It’s hard to imagine him being in control at all. Practice, practice, practice.
