Friday Caption Contest - Bike Cargo Edition
First up, a “Jolly well done” from the panel of judges to all entrants to last week’s competition. It was so hard to pick a winner, but after much deliberation, Nathan’s “Ride cometh before the fall“, and Lee Kenney’s “Never ask locals for directions” were chosen for joint first prize - your much used copy of Cyclecraft is in a bin in one of the Royal Parks. You’ll have to share, as we only had the one.
All other entrants get a super consolation prize - you have my permission to go for a ride. Be back in time for tea, and don’t forget your sandwiches.
Anyway. For this week’s competition, we have the Twitterings of Michael at Copenhagenize.com to thank. See what you can make of this:
As usual we’re offering a glittering prize - one lucky winner will have the opportunity to buy one of Copenhagenize’s lovely stickers with which to adorn their bike.
Good luck!

The difference between cycling in Enland snd the Netherlands is that English bond has two alternating courses of stretchers and headers, with the headers centered on the stretchers, and each alternate row vertically aligned. In Dutch bond the second course of stretchers is half offset from the first..

Damn! Forgot the leghole again.
