Result - Six Points, a £400 Fine and £85 Costs

I found this video on Youtube this morning. I’d seen it before, but not the rear footage, which is nothing short of scary:

When the police contacted the owner of the vehicle, he refused to give the name of who was driving it at the time. In the absence of the driver’s name, the police couldn’t prosecute for Dangerous Driving, but it’s nice to see that they still nailed the registered keeper (i.e. probably the driver) with failing to nominate the driver.

Six points on his license, £400 in fines and £85 in costs. Happy Christmas.
